FIA: Further cost-cutting to entice teams to join Formula One:

FIA president Max Mosley is pushing new initiatives from the governing body aimed not merely at maintaining the current Formula One grid, but at attracting new teams as early as next year to bring the field up to the maximum of 24 cars.
